1. Our Role
Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC provides travel planning, research, coordination, and booking services. We work with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers on your behalf. We do not own or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, policies, or performance.
2. Your Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information
- Review all confirmations and documents carefully
- Make required payments on time
- Obtain valid passports, visas, and travel documents
- Meet all health, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destinations
Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete traveler information.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Fees
All pricing is based on availability and supplier terms at the time of quoting. Prices may change until full payment is made.
Important details:
- Deposits may be non‑refundable
- Late or missed payments may result in cancellation
- Professional service fees are non‑refundable
- Supplier fees are separate from Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC fees
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to each supplier’s policies. Some bookings may be entirely non‑refundable. If a supplier issues a refund, processing times vary and are not controlled by Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC. Additional fees may apply for itinerary changes or rebooking.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which may include:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical coverage
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Emergency evacuation
- Supplier financial default
If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial risk or loss.
6. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, weather events, political conditions, and supplier disruptions. By choosing to travel, you acknowledge these risks. Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC is not responsible for losses or disruptions caused by events outside our control.
7. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and all required health or entry documentation. Requirements may change without notice. Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC is not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documents.
8. Accessibility and Special Requests
We welcome all travelers and will communicate any accessibility needs or special requests to suppliers. While we advocate on your behalf, we cannot guarantee that suppliers will honor or accommodate these requests.
9. Traveler Conduct
Suppliers have the right to refuse service to travelers who act disrespectfully, unlawfully, or in ways that compromise safety. Refunds are not guaranteed if service is refused due to traveler behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC is not responsible for:
- Actions or omissions of third‑party suppliers
- Travel delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control
- Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss
- Traveler mistakes, missed flights, or failure to meet requirements
Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for our professional planning services.
11. Privacy & Data Use
We use your personal information only to plan and book your travel and to communicate with you. Your information may be shared with suppliers as required for booking.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC is registered.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel through Sea‑Gazer Travel LLC, approving an itinerary, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
